This series shows the structural changes to the bungalow. Removing the dark enclosed porch from the 50’s brings light in; closing the original door into kitchen permits more efficient cabinetry and counters; pass-thru window from kitchen to dining room opens up the space for contemporary living.

Radio waves enable occupancy sensor from Lutron to turn lights off when no one’s in the room (and vice versa). This wouldn’t make sense for every room, but if you have a finished basement, for example, it could save LOTS in lighting bills. Must be used with Maestro line of dimmers or switch
